Court Scraps Parts of EPA’s Cross-Border Rules

A federal court ordered the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to rewrite its 2011 “Cross-State Air Pollution Rule,” handing a partial victory to 15 states challenging the burdensome regulations.
