Sen. Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) sits down with Rob Bluey of the Heritage Foundation to explain why he's going to flood legislation reauthorizing No Child Left Behind with hundreds of amendments.

The Senate has moved forward with Sen. Tom Harkin's (D-Iowa) 868-page bill reauthorizing the largest federal education law, rather than considering legislation proposed for that same purpose by the House or a group of four Republican senators

NCLB was due for reauthorization in 2007 and is among the several bills Congress has delayed considering, including the federal budgets for 2011 and 2012.

After the Obama administration announced it will waive NCLB requirements for states that adopt its preferred policy changes, several interest groups have called for Congress to slow down NCLB legislation.

Paul also discusses the Occupy Wall Street movement and its contrast with the Tea Party.
