A Michigan woman is suing the distributors of the film Drive because there wasn’t very much driving in it.

She claims the distributors violated consumer protections laws because the movie trailer misled her into buying a ticket. “Drive bore very little similarity to a chase, or race action film, for reasons including but not limited to Drive having very little driving in the motion picture,” she alleges. She also claims the movie defames those of the Jewish faith.

The class action suit seeks ticket refunds and public notices that the film promotes violence and promotes violence against members of the Jewish faith.
