Cuccinelli and Coakley Debate Constitutionality of Obamacare
Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli and Massachusetts Attorney General Martha Coakley will debate the constitutionality of President Obama's health care law Thursday, February 9th at 10 AM at the National Press Club.

Coakley and Cuccinelli will each address the issue for 15 minutes, followed by 30 minutes of questions from the media.
Cuccinelli to the lead in filing the first major lawsuit against Obama's law as an assault on the individual mandate, but his lawsuit foundered at the appellate level. The Supreme Court has since taken up a lawsuit brought by 26 other states and the National Federation of Independent Businesses.
