Geof White: An Entrepreneurial Way to Pay for College
College debt not only prevents students from going to college, it blocks them from getting a life after college. And because of the economic downturn, fewer and fewer teens are able to find jobs because older people are taking their spots and the government is limiting their options by raising the minimum wage and barring them from more jobs.
Is there hope for enterprising young people? Geof White says "Yes!" and he gives step-by-step directions for how young people can sidestep these troubles and work for themselves in Lemonade Stand Economics. It's not just his imagination--young people are already putting the idea into practice. Watch interviews with young entrepreneurs on YouTube, and check out the Lemonade Stand Economics Facebook page for regular updates and information on youthful free enterprise.
